Main responsibilities were to establish and implement a brand, marketing, recruiting, create promotional material in print and digital formats, and create a consolidated website that accurately conveys that vast myriad of programs our company retains. Managed marketing efforts behind three retreat centers and six of its adjunct ministries. Was able to grow our web presence to some of the top results in searches related to a Christian retreat center. Managed a department of 8-10 like-minded individuals and utilized my experience in web design, graphics, video, photography and other forms of media. We helped grow the business in almost a 30% increase in overall revenue in the first year. Grew my understanding and knowledge of web design, and curated content creation. Part of the team that rebranded the company and its other adjunct ministries.

Experienced in Yamaha consoles, full lighting consoles and PTZ systems. Was responsible for setting up, tearing down and running the event. Ran Front of House for events hosting up to 3,500+ people.

Managed department of individuals who were either experienced or non-experienced in the field. Was responsible for scheduling, training and working alongside in helping with technical issues. Responsible for redesigning 14 meeting rooms and their audio and visual systems as well as their maintenance. Provided support for close to 30,000 guests annually. Responsible for running Front of House as an A1 for events with up to or over 1,000 in attendance. Have worked with artists such as Evan Wickham, Madi Cunningham, Scott Cunningham band, Eagle and Child, Shannon Quintana, Gia Lucid, Jeremy Camp, New Divide, Project 86, Manafest and many more.
